2009 Seattle Drupal Clinic

The 2009 Seattle Drupal Clinic was put on by the Seattle Drupal User Group, and led by Jennifer Hodgdon of Poplar ProductivityWare. The workshop took place on Friday, October 2nd, 2009, from 10 AM to 5 PM, in Seattle, Washington.

This section of the web site documents what we did at that workshop.

The workshop is an introduction to building a web site using the free, open-source content management system Drupal. We will cover questions like "What can Drupal do?", "Why choose Drupal?", and general concepts of on-line content management with a database behind your web site. Then we'll work through the basics of setting up a Drupal site. There will also be time at the end of the day when experienced Drupal volunteers will be available to help you one-on-one with your specific Drupal questions, or to work with you more on what was covered in the workshop.
